School Overview

Our Greenwich shop offers a full range of meats, plus local specialties like raw milk and seasonal produce. It is one of our largest education spaces, where you can learn to make sausage or break down a side of beef. We’re also home to Lorca Coffee Bar, offering coffee, pastries, and empanadas made with our meat.
