Located in the heart of Park Slope, Fleishers Brooklyn opened its doors in 2011 to a community hungry for humanely raised, healthy meats and a closer connection with their food. In an area teeming with amazing restaurants and easy-access take-out, we’re grateful for our customers who are committed to cooking meals at home with great ingredients on a regular basis. In this shop you’ll find local cheeses, seasonal produce, amazing grass-fed dairy and charcuterie up to our strict standards. Since we run the rotisserie twice daily, our little shop always smells mighty tasty!
